Chapter 1
Our story
Dar Ouda was founded by a team that has spent years on construction sites, in structural design, execution and supervision. We saw buyers paying for a home they knew only from a picture and a promise. So we start where others stop: you see your apartment at its true dimensions before it is built, you follow its construction day by day, and at handover you receive exactly what you saw. Ma’ab is our first project, and we intend it to be the proof of that promise.

Chapter 3
Our first project
Ma’ab
A ground-plus-three residential building in the 10th of Ramadan / Badr area, with a white Hashemi stone façade and curved front bays. There are three apartments per floor, and six units are available on floors 2 and 3. You can walk through any available apartment in 3D now, and follow construction as it stands on site today.
Chapter 4
Our commitments to buyers
- 01What you see in the 3D tour is what is built: the same plan, the same areas.
- 02We publish the gross and net area of every unit, and explain how each is calculated.
- 03We publish site updates regularly, dated and unretouched.
- 04We name and specify the finishing materials in the contract.
- 05We state the planned handover date and tell you promptly of any change and its reason.
